PRE-Kindergarten Program

The Seed Pre-Kindergarten is an all-day program registered with the State Education Department and taught by New York State-certified teachers. It follows a curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten, with a focus on language arts, math, science, music, creative expression and social competence. Our small classes and teaching methods provide an atmosphere which allows children to advance at their own pace.

The Seed’s pre-kindergarten program offers a homey, safe, learning environment for young children. Formal instruction takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with time for lunch and rest at noon. Activities continue into the afternoon in a variety of free play, art, music, computers, and social-emotional learning.
